  • Setting IMS objectives at all levels, continuously monitoring, evaluating, and improving performance using key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, quality improvement, accident reduction, environmental impact, and achieving sustainability goals.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and managing risks and opportunities related to quality, health, safety, and the environment in our activities, engaging all stakeholders in the risk identification, evaluation, and management process.
  • Providing a safe and healthy work environment, preventing occupational diseases, injuries, and accidents.
  • Reducing environmental impact through pollution prevention, engaging in sustainable practices, and adopting the principles of "reuse, reduction, and recycling."
  • Engaging employees and relevant stakeholders in identifying improvement opportunities and fostering innovation in our processes.
  • Providing training and awareness in quality, health, safety, and environmental matters for all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that our IMS policy is effectively communicated, understood, and applied within the organization, while also being accessible and comprehensible to other interested parties.
  • Involving stakeholders, obtaining feedback, and continuously improving the system.
  • Conducting regular internal audits and management reviews to ensure the system's effectiveness and achieve quality objectives.
  • Reviewing the IMS policy and objectives annually to ensure their continued relevance and effectiveness.
